A cancellation fee of 100% of our consultation fee will be charged if an appointment is missed, forgotten about, or cancelled at short notice (i.e. with less than 2 business day's notice).

New clients (and returning clients who haven't been seen for more than 3 months): Kerri is at capacity and has closed her books to any more GP referrals. This means no Medicare rebates are available.
