About Dr Kerri Thomas
Hi, I’m Dr Kerri Thomas
I’m a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults and couples across Australia through telehealth, helping them navigate emotional challenges, improve relationships, and build lives that feel more balanced and meaningful.
Since 2010, I’ve worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and complex life transitions. I find it deeply rewarding to support people as they gain insight, develop effective strategies, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
My professional experience includes working in forensic settings, private psychiatric facilities, public mental health services, universities, and organisational psychology contexts. This breadth of experience informs a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy that considers both the individual and the broader systems they are part of.
Outside of my clinical work, I spend time with my husband, our three young daughters, and our very fluffy Cavoodle. I enjoy being outdoors, travelling, and endurance sport, and regularly compete in marathons, ultramarathons, and Ironman events.
