Individual Counselling
Online Therapy for Adults Across Australia
Individual counselling provides a space to explore what feels overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to manage on your own. I offer online therapy for adults across Australia via secure telehealth, working collaboratively to understand patterns, develop practical strategies, and support meaningful change.
Low Mood and Depression
Depression can leave you feeling flat, disconnected, irritable, or weighed down by a sense of hopelessness. Motivation may drop, sleep can shift, and things that once felt meaningful may feel distant.
Therapy provides a structured space to understand what’s contributing to these experiences and to gradually rebuild momentum, clarity, and emotional balance at a pace that feels manageable.
Stress, Burnout, and Life Transitions
Periods of change, pressure, or prolonged stress can affect your mood, relationships, and overall wellbeing. You may be navigating career demands, parenting stress, relationship changes, identity questions, or major life transitions.
Individual counselling offers space to step back, reflect, and develop strategies that align with your values and long-term goals.
How Individual Counselling Works
Sessions are delivered via secure telehealth and are available to adults across Australia. We begin by clarifying what you would like support with and identifying meaningful goals. Therapy is collaborative and practical, with an emphasis on insight, skill development, and sustainable change.
The frequency and duration of therapy vary depending on your needs. Some people attend for a focused period, while others engage in longer-term work.
Every year, around one million people in Australia experience depression.

Therapeutic Approaches
Individual counselling is informed by evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. Depending on what you are working on, therapy may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
CBT focuses on identifying and shifting unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. ACT supports psychological flexibility and values-based action, helping you respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness-based strategies can strengthen emotional regulation and present-moment awareness.
Rather than applying a single model rigidly, therapy is adapted to suit your goals, preferences, and circumstances.
Ready to begin?
Reaching out for help can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been struggling for some time. It’s normal to have questions about therapy and what working with a clinical psychologist involves.
You may find it helpful to read the How I work page to understand the therapy process, or visit the FAQs page page for answers to common questions. When you feel ready, you’re welcome to make an online booking.
All sessions are delivered via secure telehealth and are available Australia-wide.
